Hulen Bend Estates features excellent proximity to two important points of access.

We are conveniently located a stone’s throw from the brand new Chisholm Trail Parkway, Downtown Fort Worth, Texas Health Harris Southwest hospital, Museum district, Cultural district, Trinity River Trails, the Trailhead at Clearfork, the Shops at Clearfork, Hulen Mall and many superb restaurants.

Our neighborhood also lies adjacent to La Blanc Park, which has recently been recognized as one of the best parks in Fort Worth.  With a new playground that received an “A” safety rating, it also has many activities for children with disabilities.  This ten acre park is walking distance from every home in Hulen Bend and has ample shade, tennis courts, a soccer field and walking/running/biking trail.  It’s a great place to walk the family dog!
